The remaining payment structure will be discussed and agreed upon before project commencement.

3. Pricing

Project pricing depends on the scope, complexity, features, and requirements of the service requested. Standard business websites generally start from ₹10,000, while e-commerce solutions may start from ₹25,000.

4. Revisions & Changes

Reasonable revisions are provided during the development process. Additional changes outside the agreed project scope may result in extra charges and extended timelines.

5. Website Maintenance

Maintenance plans are available separately after project completion. Pricing may vary depending on hosting requirements, website management responsibilities, updates, and additional support services.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing necessary content, images, branding assets, and project-related information within the required timelines.

7. Project Delays

Delays caused due to lack of communication, missing assets, delayed approvals, or payment issues from the client side may affect project timelines.

8. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment completion, the client receives ownership rights to the finalized website or creative assets, excluding third-party resources, licensed elements, or tools used within the project.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Barmans shall not be held responsible for any business losses, interruptions, third-party service failures, cyberattacks, hosting downtime, or damages arising from website usage.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
